Product Marketing Strategy Senior Associate (AVP) – Search Engine Optimization At Home Lending, we are committed to creating a best‑in‑class digital marketing approach that enhances customer experience and helps individuals achieve their dream of homeownership. This role focuses on developing a robust mortgage education content library and supporting our digital acquisition goals. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance digital lead traffic. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Marketing Strategy, Product, Risk, Regulatory, Legal, Editorial, Digital Production) to execute marketing campaigns. Create and manage a mortgage education content library with written content, custom imagery, and infographics. Plan and execute content strategies, including topic selection and editorial development. Track and report on content performance and goal achievement. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in marketing campaigns. Engage in strategy planning and performance analysis to support the Sales Team with digital lead generation. Contribute to a positive customer experience through digital marketing efforts. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or SEO. Strong understanding of SEO strategies and content development. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to analyze performance data and generate insights. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Commitment to customer experience and satisfaction. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience in the financial or home‑lending industry. Familiarity with content management systems. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in marketing. Experience with cross‑functional team collaboration. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. Understanding of digital production processes. Passion for helping customers achieve homeownership.
