As a Sr. Marketing Associate in the Home Lending Marketing team, you will partner with us to execute and manage impactful marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are on-strategy, on-time, and on-budget. This role provides the opportunity to drive all aspects of campaign execution, from idea to deployment, in a supportive and dynamic environment. Responsibilities Manages omnichannel marketing execution from strategic development to deployment. Collaborates with marketing strategists and cross-functional partners to execute complex campaigns. Partners with internal and external agencies on creative development and execution. Ensures campaigns adhere to brand and compliance guidelines. Makes recommendations for campaign enhancements based on test results and data. Contributes innovative ideas and best practices. Optimizes campaigns to improve results and reduce costs. Drives initiatives to enhance customer experience and segmentation. Communicates effectively with legal, compliance, and risk teams for content approval. Influences others and achieve results through collaboration. Acts quickly on issues, removing roadblocks and learning from mistakes. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Management. Proven consumer marketing experience. Experience managing large-scale traditional and digital marketing campaigns. Strong analytical and creative thinking skills. Ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of customer experience, segmentation, testing, and results measurement. Initiative and ability to influence others. Solid collaboration skills. Data-driven approach to marketing. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Team player with a positive attitude. Highly curious and innovative.
