Overview

The OSP Coordinator is responsible for the early-stage preparation of network reception and operation to ensure successful handover and smooth transition to the operation phase.

Responsibilities
  • Strictly adhere to the fundamental principle of delivery according to contract and budget execution based on contract to ensure all delivery activities are conducted within the contract and approved budget.
  • In accordance with the companys project manager authorization management regulations, promptly apply for project manager authorization and exercise management rights over the project teams personnel finances and materials within the authorized scope.
  • Based on the approved project budget and delivery plan, timely purchase and release resources according to the companys resource trading mechanism.
  • Ensure quality management resources and guarantee the implementation of the project quality management 4 stages and 16 steps within the project team.
  • As the primary responsible person for network security management within the project team, organize the formulation and release of the project team s network security management system and conduct network security training for the project team. Manage project personnel including subcontractors to ensure the implementation of network security systems during project delivery comply with network security processes and systems and eliminate network security risks. Support network security audits.
  • Assume responsibility for internal control management within the project team including construction of internal controls to prevent corruption and ensure execution of internal control requirements and accountability for results.
  • Regularly organize project meetings monitor and guide project operations make decisions on major project issues and coordinate with relevant departments to promptly resolve requests and issues.
  • Based on project business improvement results promptly organize the project core management team to formulate and implement a sharing plan according to the companys delivery incentive mechanism.

Experience
  • At least 10 years practical experience in Telecommunications industry
  • Be familiar with O M and management of Telecom Operators or Managed Services operations of telecom vendors. Candidates with Wireless Operator experience in managerial level are preferred
  • At least 3 years large department management experience with good track records
  • Expertise in one or more of the following areas: NOC Operation Field Operation Network Performance Management OSP FTTX management OSS IT eTom ITIL TL9000 PMP etc
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent
Other Requirements
  • Energetic and studious
  • Be able to travel frequently within a short notice and work overseas
  • Mature and positive attitudes strong sense of quality able to work well in a fast paced multi culture dynamic environment
  • Excellent written oral and listening skills in English and at least one local language
  • Be able to accept high pressure
  • Customer oriented
