What the role will entail Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking, and headhunting, to identify high-quality candidates for open positions. Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to create a robust talent pipeline. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential candidates and assess market availability. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational culture. What we're looking for Holder of a Bachelor's Degree Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on sourcing and headhunting. Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
