Convert product quantities from cartons to individual units (e.g., 1 carton = 12 units; 6 cartons = 72 units). Validate that product quantities, pricing, and stock details match supplier documentation. Ensure live inventory data is accurate and up to date to maintain real-time stock visibility for customers. Collaborate with the warehouse team to verify received goods and reconcile any discrepancies. Perform cross-checks for pricing, product codes, and quantities before final submission. Identify and report inconsistencies or data errors for timely resolution. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams regarding missing, incorrect, or delayed information. QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of experience in data entry REQUIRED Basic understanding of stock control or ERP systems (training will be provided). Proficient in basic mathematical calculations.
