Our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction drives our ongoing success.Job Description HelloFresh is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to support our International Procurement & Supply Chain Management (SCM) team with Data creation and maintenance related to different ingredient categories and SKU management for various HelloFresh markets across Europe, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. This role will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our data management processes using a combination of in-house tools and google suite packages. Working closely with local HelloFresh teams, this role will input, transform and reconcile data to support daily operations. To excel in this role youll need to be a data-driven and detail-oriented individual who is confident working independently. You will be able to prioritize workload and adapt to at hoc data requests. Skills and preferred qualifications Create new Culinary and Supplier SKUs on the SPS/Octopus tool as per Standard Operating Procedures on a regular basisEnsure data completeness & accuracy and correct flow of information to the relevant stakeholders involved in the daily activities, including reporting any data issues to the teamMaintain operations by following policies and procedures as per trainingCommunicate regularly with the Procurement & SCM teams on any concerns /queries around the day-to-day role and provide feedback on any changes that can improve the existing processes.Offboarding and deactivating SKUs that needs to be removed/delisted in alignment with other functions Secure close alignment with other HelloConnect functions dedicated to tasks interconnected with SPS (eg: SQOC or Product Ops) and other tools like Jira/RhubarbPerform ad-hoc, once-off admin processes such as updating excel tables as neededSupport local Supply Chain Operations team(s) by managing relevant data and reports linked to forecasting, ordering and shipping goodsMaintain the confidentiality of our data and uphold the integrity of our business Remain flexible to changing duties and responsibilities as business needs vary WHAT YOU'LL BRING At least 2 years of previous operational and/or purchasing experienceData-driveness and ability to work with cross-functional teamsRequires expertise in operating Microsoft Office & Google suite programs, and ideally ERP/MRP systemsLanguage: English, other European languages considered a plus (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian) SOFT SKILLS This is primarily an administrative role hence we are looking for a well organized person with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsGood communication skills and familiarity with procurement and purchasing processes (to follow SOPs/processes) Self-management skills and hands on mentality with a strong focus on teamworkAssertive, responsible, and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate complex situations.
