Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Responsibilities We are looking for a Data Encode to join our company. Your future duties and responsibilities Processes all volumes assigned at the start of the shift and takes on more volumes assigned by the Team Leaders for the entire duration of their shift. Accurately analyzes and validates all pre-populated document fields and encodes missing fields in accordance with the customers’ business rules. Participates in special tasks and performs other duties as assigned. Maintains quality standards in accordance with clients’ metrics. Ensures that all quality deficiencies are corrected in a timely manner for activities in their function. Ensures attendance at planned meetings and other meetings required. Acts as backup for teammates assigned by the Team Leaders and process their customer volumes in their absence. Additional Requirements Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Ability to carry on a basic conversation in English (verbal and written). Good attention to detail. Good communication skills, both oral and written. Typing speeds greater than 65 WPM. Commitment to continual learning. Basic Computer and Internet Literacy.
