Proficient in AI and data analysis tools, with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. Proficiency in tools such as Jira for project management, Power BI and Tableau for data visualization, SQL for database querying, and Excel for data analysis; experience in process mapping tools like Lucidchart or Visio and collaboration platforms such as Confluence and Miro. Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders. Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Bonus Points Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification with a proven track record in process optimization (ideal). Familiarity with database management and data analysis software.
