Accountable for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting activities including Journal Entry Processing, Month-End Close, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Fixed Assets Management, and Compliance. Escalation point for complex accounting issues, drives process improvements, and provides training to Analysts. Collaborate with Team Leader, Service Delivery Manager, and other process teams; ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance and audit readiness.

Responsibilities include:

  • Mentor Analysts on accounting processes; deliver training and targeted workshops; support performance coaching for RTR team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and auditors; ensure end-to-end accounting integrity with Order to Cash and Procure to Pay SMEs.
  • Manage high-value, complex or exception journals and reconciliations; monitor close deadlines; ensure policy and tax compliance.
  • Analyze KPIs and participate in automation and reporting enhancement initiatives.
  • Prepare audit schedules and maintain RTR process documentation; contribute to finance transformation projects.

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum 3-5 years in accounting, IFRS/local GAAP; experience with SAP FI-GL and BlackLine
  • Advanced Excel; Power BI exposure helpful; strong analytical and communication skills
  • Customer service mindset; ability to explain technical issues to nonaccountants

SME – Purchase to Pay (PTP) – Taguig, National Capital Region

Accountable for end-to-end Procure to Pay: Vendor Master Data, Invoice Processing, Payment Runs, and AP Reconciliations. Escalation point for supplier issues; train Analysts; support process standardization and compliance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and mentor Analysts; assist Team Leader in performance management; provide targeted training
  • Collaborate with Procurement and other units; resolve escalated vendor or payment issues
  • Manage high-value transactions; ensure compliance with policies; maintain vendor data quality
  • Analyze KPI performance and participate in automation projects
  • Support audits with documentation; maintain Procure to Pay process docs

Qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years in PTP/AP; bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting; strong AP/process knowledge
  • ERP knowledge (SAP preferred); advanced Excel; Power BI exposure helpful
  • Strong analytical, collaborative, and communication skills
