Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Supervisor with strong background in Property Sales and Broker Management . The role will oversee sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and broker networks to achieve revenue goals and strengthen the company’s market presence in Cebu.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to drive property sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Supervise and support the sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage, build, and expand strong relationships with brokers and sales agents to maximize lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Conduct regular broker briefings, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, and on-site activities) to promote projects and enhance visibility.
  • Handle client presentations, inquiries, negotiations, and ensure smooth closing of transactions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, real estate regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in property sales and marketing , with proven broker handling experience .
  • Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Established network of brokers in Cebu is a strong advantage.
  • Goal-driven, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Willing to work on-site and conduct fieldwork as needed.
