This role builds and maintains relationships with new and existing clients, guides sellers through consignment and buyers through bidding to purchase settlement, and coordinates logistics for consignments or purchases as needed. Overview Role summary and primary objectives. What you’ll do Client and Consignor Engagement – Build relationships and guide clients through consignment and bidding. Preferably with sales and banking experience. System Management – Maintain client and consignment records and coordinate updates internally. Auction and Documentation Operations – Manage bids, conduct inspections, and support auction-day activities. Compliance & Confidentiality – Follow company policies and protect sensitive information. Team Coordination – Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations. Professional Representation – Represent the company professionally in all client interactions. Adaptability – Adjust to a fast-paced environment and handle additional tasks as needed. Other Duties – Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications With 3 to 5 years of sales experience , preferably in banking or financial services Experience in handling high-net-worth clients and building long-term relationships Auction or luxury industry experience is an advantage Strong communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills Why You’ll Love Working Here A culture that celebrates excellence and passion.
