Job Title: Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Auditor (Healthcare) Hourly Rate: $5.45 Start Date: ASAP Job type: Full-time Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AZ Time ONLY ACCEPTING APPLICANTS IN THE PHILIPPINES Position Overview: The Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Auditor is responsible for auditing clinical documentation, systems, and processes to ensure regulatory compliance and support continuous quality improvement. Key duties include conducting documentation and survey prep audits, participating in Triple Checks for billing accuracy, managing new admission orders, coordinating staff training in Relias, verifying diagnoses and physician queries, and overseeing discharge and bed hold follow-ups. The role also involves performing QI reviews, chart audits, and performance evaluations focused on rehospitalizations, heart failure, and sepsis to promote excellence in patient care and organizational performance. Job Responsibilities: Audit Clinical documentation for Compliance Systems/process audits for compliance Survey Prep audits Participate in Triple Checks (Documentation and Billing) Enter/Queue New admission orders Assign staff training – Relias Diagnoses authentication – send to MD for review and signature; Physician Query form Discharge follow-up from TRCs Follow-up with bed hold information – post-transfer to hospital QI reviews – Rehospitalizations and other programs Chart Reviews – heart failure; list of heart failure; sepsis list; performance audits for Heart failure Others as assigned Job Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse minimum or USRN preferred 1 + year experience working as Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Auditor Proficient in the English language, both verbal and written Effective communication and interpersonal skills Chart reviews; familiar with Electronic Health Record Systems Hardware and Software Requirements: Hardware: AMD Ryzen 3 3200G APU or Intel Core i5 (at least 7th gen) Intel CPU 16GB DDR4 RAM 120 – 480gb SSD Jabra Biz 1100 / Logitech H390 or similar Noise-canceling Headset 1 – 2 Monitors (at least 21in) 1080p HD Webcam Internet Speed: 50mbps (Fiber/DSL) LTE not accepted Software: Genuine Windows 10 Licensed Computer Microsoft Office Suite #J-18808-Ljbffr
