This role is central to shaping and maintaining the configuration management framework - defining Configuration Items (CIs), setting naming conventions, establishing relationships, and overseeing discovery and mapping efforts. Primary Responsibilities Oversee the development, deployment, and upkeep of ServiceNow CMDB Guide and mentor key stakeholders in understanding and applying configuration management principles, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate data reporting and performance metrics. Provide expert input during ServiceNow system rollouts to assess and manage the impact of changes across configuration items.
