What You'll Do:

  • Analyze digital marketing performance across social media, web, and CRM platforms.
  • Build dashboards and reports using tools like Fusedeck, Microsoft Clarity, and Sprout Social.
  • Conduct customer journey analysis, A/B testing, and campaign performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and global teams to ensure data quality and strategic alignment.
  • Provide insights to optimize user experience, targeting, and engagement.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years in marketing analytics or business analysis.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools (GA4, Clarity, Search Console, etc.).
  • Strong data visualization and communication skills.
  • Experience with campaign tracking, marketing funnels, and CRM platforms.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in healthcare, dental, or med-tech industries.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, SEO, and paid media strategies.

Experience:

  • Digital marketing: 3 years (Required)

Your General Skills:

  • Working knowledge in video editing
  • Photoshop and other related software in Graphic Design
  • Social Media Platforms
  • Microsoft Office Applications
  • Has sound understanding of marketing and branding principles
  • Possesses creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Is open to innovative ideas and solutions
  • Is a fast learner, can work with minimum supervision, well organized and has time management skills

Your Functional Skills:

  • Planning, presentation and organizational skills necessary to prioritize and coordinate workload within a multiple project setting
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with a variety of individuals, departments and levels of management
  • Complete familiarization of the company’s products and services

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

  • Graduate of Multimedia Arts or any related courses
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry (e.g., Hotel & Restaurants)
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Knowledge in website and marketing analytics tools
