Your Role Lead the planning, creation, editing, and publishing of digital and social media content across United Petroleum, Pie Face, and Quickstop brands. Coordinate content development with internal teams and external creatives, ensuring alignment with brand tone and strategic goals. Manage day-to-day community engagement and customer interaction across social and digital platforms. Implement long-term content calendars and national social media campaigns, including Meta ad management and local store opening activations. Report weekly and monthly on campaign performance, community management metrics, and content analytics, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with internal and external partners to build channel communities, drive customer engagement, and achieve business objectives. Analyze trends, competitors, and customer insights to guide strategic decision-making and marketing initiatives. What You Need Non-negotiables Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field At least 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing Strong written communication and content editing skills Solid organizational, planning, and reporting capabilities Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Preferred skills/expertise Background in retail, QSR, e-commerce, food, or coffee-related industries Video editing experience using Adobe Creative Suite Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills Data-driven decision-making with strong problem-solving ability Commercial awareness and creativity in identifying business opportunities About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
