Overview

Creative Cuisine Group is a group of restaurants owned and managed by the Dytian siblings, who are recognized professionals in the Philippine culinary industry, particularly in Cebu.

The business started in the year 1991 when Kaffee Alde bakeshop opened, and now we are expanding as we launched other brands and opened the franchise over Visayas and Mindanao.

We are a collective group of food brands and concepts such as Chika-an sa Cebu, Big Mao Foodlab, Brique, Creative Cuisine Catering Services, Big Daddy, Da In Korean Restaurant, Parola Seaview Restaurant, Sutukil by the Bay, Kubu Restaurant, Kaffee Alde and ETTAS.

Position: MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities
  • Execute and monitor marketing strategies across various social media platforms.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and major brand initiatives.
  • Assist in content development for digital, print, and other marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with the team in brainstorming and developing creative marketing concepts.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media and campaign performance metrics.
  • Contribute to maintaining brand consistency in all communications and promotional efforts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in social media management tools and content scheduling platforms is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data, identify trends, and contribute to strategy development.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand alignment.
