Job Description Product Owner (Product Management) – Full‑time, Associate level – Financial Services and Accounting – Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. Responsibilities Drive the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human‑centered design approach. Shape and manage the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring the team consistently delivers on clients' needs and wants. Validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops, ensuring knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes. Work with the business architect and planners to assess current capabilities and identify high‑level customer requirements. Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Set up and maintain the requirements and traceability deliverable. Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers and ensure a clear and complete understanding. Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing. Participate in quality management reviews, particularly of designs, prototypes, and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill requirements. Serve as a resource for the change enablement team evaluating training and performance support needs and designing the training and support products. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. 24 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile software development environment. Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Proven track record of successfully managing product backlogs and delivering products on time and within budget. Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and techniques is a plus. Certification in Agile or Product Management is desirable.
