Overview

BotBuilt Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines. We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our AI-powered estimating business. This role involves using advanced AI tools (proprietary to the company) to generate precise material take-offs from building plans.

Responsibilities
  • Read, interpret, and understand construction blueprints and US building codes
  • Understand construction methodology and apply knowledge to estimating projects
  • Utilize AI estimating software to produce material take-offs for construction projects
  • Collaborate with the team to improve estimating processes
Minimum Qualifications
  • Knowledge of American residential construction techniques and/or relevant experience
  • English Language: Advanced fluency reading/writing and speaking, technical documents
  • High School Mathematics: Very high proficiency
  • IT: Microsoft and Google Suite expertise
  • Technical aptitude, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, spatial intelligence
  • Bachelors Degree: Science, Mathematics, Engineering (Computer Science, Civil, Structural, Electrical)
  • CAD software experience
