About the Role

FeelDX is looking for a talented Estimator / Planner to join our amazing Project Control team

If you are self-motivated, disciplined, have strong BOQ/estimating experience, and are skilled in planning, scheduling, and commercial construction workflows, this is an incredible opportunity to join an innovative and supportive company.

In this role, you will work across estimation and planning functions, including producing accurate BOQs, reviewing drawings, preparing QTOs using Cubit and Planswift, and developing project schedules in Microsoft Project.

About You

Along with a strong work ethic and previous experience in a similar role, you'll:

Technical Skills

  • Strong BOQ and QTO experience using Cubit and Planswift (priority requirement).
  • Experience in preparing take-offs, quantities, and detailed trade breakdowns.
  • Experience in commercial construction (2+ years preferred).
  • Competence with planning and scheduling software, especially Microsoft Project; knowledge of P6 or Asta is a bonus.
  • Interest in using new technology, such as 4D construction planning.
Professional Attributes
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work across varied project types.
  • Exceptional time management skills, particularly with multiple stakeholder coordination.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, including delegation when required.
  • Strong communication and attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred).
  • A dedicated home office setup with a reliable, fast internet connection and the ability to work without distraction.
