Responsibilities Accountable for the overall Engineering, Operations and Maintenance service delivery Responsible for the Engineering, Operations and Maintenance program creation, implementation & measurement Responsible for the creation of Site Field Manual for Engineering, Operations & Maintenance Responsible for the Vendor Performance Management program creation, implementation & measurement Qualifications At least 6 years Managerial level work experience & people manager in Manufacturing Facility and/or Commercial Facility At least 10 years direct work experience in Engineering, Site Operations and Asset Maintenance & management in Manufacturing facility and or huge commercial portfolio PME or PEE only Residing near TANAUAN Batangas or at least 1 hour travel from & to the FPIP Client site High financial comprehension in Facility OPEX/CAPEX program, Billing & Collection Highly Technical, knowledgeable in Maintenance Engineering, Asset Maintenance & Management Framework Knowledgeable in Minor & major Equipment maintenance planning, execution and project management Knowledgeable Energy Management System Knowledgeable in Environment compliance and Occupational Health & Safety program Knowledgeable in Local Regulatory Compliance, Permits & Licenses (MEPF & EHS) Location On-site – Batangas, PHL If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
