Six Eleven Center is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-level 2 Call Center Agent with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to resolve customer inquiries while providing exceptional support. This position offers an opportunity to grow within a dynamic team environment and contribute to the overall success of our customer service operations.Responsibilities: Efficiently handle inbound customer calls by providing accurate information and resolving inquiries promptly, ensuring adherence to call center protocols and performance metrics. Document customer interactions in the system, ensuring accurate and detailed records are maintained while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) for call handling and data entry. Resolve customer complaints and issues by actively listening, offering effective solutions, and demonstrating problem-solving skills, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Maintain high professionalism in all interactions, consistently meeting quality standards for communication, tone, and service delivery. Collaborate with team members to share best practices, provide support, and escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior agents, ensuring efficient resolution of customer concerns. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic computer proficiency.
