Job Purpose

As a Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. You’ll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and building a pipeline of qualified candidates to support the organization’s hiring needs. This position will support our Talent Acquisition Team by strategically planning sourcing initiatives with the guidance of the Recruitment Sourcing Lead.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking events, talent pools, and databases to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to refine sourcing techniques and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Generate and analyze reports to assess the effectiveness of sourcing efforts and optimize hiring strategies.
  • Track sourcing metrics to evaluate performance and make data-driven improvements.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with business needs and ensure a smooth transition from sourcing to recruitment.
  • Use various sourcing methods, including online databases, job boards, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and job fit.
  • Communicate with candidates via email, phone, and social media to gauge interest and availability.
  • Assist with interview scheduling and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and support administrative recruitment tasks as needed.
  • Use, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards

Qualifications

  • With Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or any related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Ability to navigate career websites including job boards and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of the recruitment process and the ability to develop strategic sourcing initiatives that align with the company's hiring goals.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple tasks at once
  • Highly organized and able to function accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, easily shift priorities as needed
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Working Conditions

  • Work Set-Up: Onsite
  • Work Schedule: day or Mid shift, depending on business need
  • Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move around the work area; Sit; perform manual tasks; operate tools and other office equipment such as computer, computer peripherals and telephones; extend arms; kneel; talk and hear.
  • Mental Demands: The employee must be able to follow directions, collaborate with others, and handle stress.
  • Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
