Sales Customer Service Associate – Makati

Responsibilities
  • Takes initial customer calls and answers general questions regarding company products and services.
  • Refers callers to appropriate resources including inbound sales, billing, technical support, etc. Follows up on inquiries regarding orders, shipment tracing, and returns.
