As a member of the Sales Team, you will be given complete autonomy over your work and decision-making. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys new challenges daily , is customer-obsessed , with strong communication skills , can be resourceful in high-pressure situations , and has the ability to problem-solve quickly and analytically . ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role, you will be expected to acquire new accounts for US clients and you will be responsible for outbound calls to obtain information for job creation . In addition, you may also be required to conduct business negotiations yourself and perform sales activities aimed at winning orders . Along with approaching new clients , you will work with the marketing & sales team to plan measures to bring them to the consideration stage and approach clients. More specifically, your responsibilities may include: Reaching out to prospective clients and accounts to generate new business. Communicating with clients , responding and following up on leads. Collection of client information necessary for job creation. QUALIFICATIONS: B2B sales experience is preferred. Fluent in written and verbal English with a neutral accent to communicate clearly with American customers . Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage contracts and client expectations. Has a business mindset . Preferably familiar with CRM tools like Kintone or other similar CRM systems. Preferably proficient in handling high-volume outbound calls . Preferably with background in staffing or job board services , and/or experience in the medical/dental industry or SaaS sales .
