Brand Standards Coordinator We are looking for a detail‑oriented individual to support remote Brand Standard Reviews across our franchise network. The role involves coordinating virtual review sessions, ensuring brand consistency in office spaces and marketing materials, and maintaining operational standards through data review and reporting. Key Responsibilities Schedule and manage virtual review sessions with franchise owners Provide 72‑hour advance notice for document submissions Conduct reviews within two business days of receiving required materials Facilitate live video walkthroughs of office spaces and verify signage and logo usage Review submitted marketing materials for brand alignment and evaluate website content for proper credentialing Analyze CallCap reports for call answer rates and validate annual background checks for selected team members Request and review quarterly satisfaction surveys and confirm employee training records (minimum 12 hours annually) Complete up to 15 Brand Standard Reviews per week and submit summary reports within 48 hours of each review Provide follow‑up support and guidance to franchise owners Deliverables Complete up to 15 Brand Standard Reviews per week Submit summary reports within 48 hours of each review Provide follow‑up support and guidance to franchise owners Requirements Familiarity with brand standards or franchise operations is a plus 1–2 years of experience in customer service or client‑facing roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Forms, PowerPoint) Experience working with an LMS is helpful English proficiency is required Must be available to work on‑site Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Comfortable working with new platforms and tools unique to our business Basic analytical skills to interpret reports and identify trends or issues Strong writing skills for clear and professional reporting Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST Employment type: Full‑time   Seniority level: Associate #J-18808-Ljbffr
