Structural Estimator MicroSourcing is looking for a Structural Estimator to join our team at the Mall of Asia, Pasay. The role is hybrid, day shift (AEST). Inclusive teamwork: celebrate diversity and foster an inclusive culture. Your Role Manage the entire tender and quote lifecycle, maintaining strong communication with clients. Conduct accurate material take‑offs from detailed engineering drawings for structural steel and civil components. Source pricing and liaise with suppliers and sub‑contractors to secure competitive and timely bids. Compile comprehensive tender documents, detailing all inclusions and exclusions for profitability. Support the General Manager in achieving project timeliness targets (aiming for most prices back to clients within two working days). Qualifications (Non‑negotiables) 3–5 years of experience as an estimator or project manager in structural or heavy fabrication projects. Relevant experience in structural or heavy fabrication projects. Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering. Fluency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel). Preferred Skills/Expertise Experience estimating structural steel, civil work, or rebar components. Proficiency with modern digital take‑off software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, AutoCAD). Ability to learn new software quickly (including the in‑house ASCORA system). Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills. Experience in a fast‑paced environment with quick quote turnarounds.
