Join Our Growing Team Payroll Specialist We are looking for a Payroll Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and compliance with all government-mandated contributions. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable in payroll and taxation, we’d love to have you on our team Responsibilities: Process end-to-end payroll for all employees accurately and on schedule. Handle statutory contributions and remittances such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR. Manage and prepare tax computations, forms, and year-end reports (e.g., BIR Form 2316 and Alpha List). Maintain and update employee records on compensation, deductions, and benefits. Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports for management review. Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration , or any related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing . Solid knowledge of Philippine payroll, taxation, and government compliance . Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with payroll systems. High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. Strong coordination and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
