Human Resources Business Partner Analyst II Conduent, Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Responsibilities Performs support activities to contribute to the implementation of HR strategies. Supports the day‑to‑day transactional matters related to recruiting, on‑boarding, transfers, relocations, and separations. Supports the execution of HR processes in conjunction with leaders, directors, HR including performance management, year‑end compensation and promotion process, recruitment, headcount planning and reporting, and other corporate initiatives.
