OverviewThe Opportunity. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be a lead point of contact for potential customers reaching out via live chat, support tickets, and/or voice calls. You will be responsible for handling complex inquiries, assessing their hosting needs, offering tailored recommendations, and guiding them seamlessly through the sales process. This role demands exceptional communication skills, a strategic, customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Success in this position hinges on delivering a positive customer experience while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities- Handle live chat, ticket, and voice inquiries professionally while providing accurate information on hosting services.
- Assess customer needs to recommend the most suitable hosting solutions.
- Convert inquiries into high-value sales through persuasive communication.
- Maintain strong knowledge of hosting products to deliver expert recommendations.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve pre-sales inquiries and guide junior sales representatives.
- Manage and track leads in the CRM to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively highlight our value.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Share customer feedback to improve products, services, and internal processes.
- 4-5+ years of experience in inbound sales or customer support roles. Familiarity with web hosting services is highly preferred.
- Comfortable using live chat tools, voice systems, and CRM software. Experience with web hosting platforms is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
