The job involves analyzing source documents, identifying pertinent details, and capturing information into a database, taking into consideration pre-defined indexing specifications. The role also requires providing administrative support to the group, including general office and HR tasks.
- Ensure daily production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
- Conform to all procedural workflows and instructions defined by the Company and/or the Client's requirements.
- Stay informed of regular updates on current projects and possible changes in client specifications.
- Escalate production-related concerns to the Coding Manager.
- Submit accurate production reports on a regular basis.
- Perform other job assignments as specified by the Project Manager.
As a BPO Admin Assistant, the role also involves providing general office and HR support for the Clark site, including:
- Assisting candidates during exams and interviews.
- Assisting new hires on their first day in pre-employment requirements and other onboarding tasks.
- Assisting in the offboarding of employees.
- Releasing IDs, HMO cards, and other employee documents.
- Providing assistance for the scheduling, registration, and logistical preparation of trainings and company events.
- Acting as Occupational Safety & Health coordinator for activities related to health and safety.
- Assisting in other adhoc tasks.
