The QA, Delivery and Business Analysis Manager leads the quality assurance strategy across all technology platforms with a strong emphasis on test automation. This role ensures software products and systems meet defined standards of quality, reliability, and performance before deployment. The role includes managing a QA team, Project Managers, and Business Analysts, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in testing practices and tools across the business. Key Responsibilities Define and drive the QA strategy, developing repeated QA playbooks and test automation frameworks and standards. Ensure a structured test automation capability and measure automation coverage over time. Develop and manage the end‑to‑end QA lifecycle – test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting. Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align QA activities with business goals and delivery timelines. Lead design, development, and maintenance of automated testing solutions (UI, API, regression). Evaluate and recommend automation tools and technologies. Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines for faster, more reliable deployments. Manage, mentor, and grow a team of QA analysts and automation engineers. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development support. Allocate resources and manage team workload to meet project timelines. Governance, Reporting & Risk Establish QA metrics and KPIs to measure team performance and product quality. Identify risks and issues related to product quality and recommend mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Continuous Improvement Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement and innovation. Stay updated with QA and automation trends, tools, and best practices. Drive initiatives to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and effectiveness. Qualifications (Required) 7+ years in technology delivery and 3+ years in a leadership or middle‑management role. Experience leading cross‑functional teams including QA, Project Managers, and Business Analysts. Experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks. Good to Have Experience in large enterprise, digital transformation, shared services, or federated business models. Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Workday, Middleware, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow. Curiosity and exposure to emerging technologies, especially in AI‑driven delivery and automation.
