Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and oversee game development projects from concept to release.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, artists, and designers.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage resources, budgets, and schedules effectively to ensure project success.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication between team members and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress updates to senior management.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Game Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing game development or software projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Passion for gaming and a solid understanding of game development processes.
