Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in accordance with company policies.
  • Replenish stock on shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
  • Stay updated on product features, promotions, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Follow all company procedures regarding safety, security, and loss prevention.
Qualifications
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
