Job Summary:

Sales Representative Job Description

The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling Biomedica Distribution Inc.'s medical products to healthcare professionals and institutions. The role involves meeting sales targets, building long-term relationships with clients, and providing excellent product knowledge and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Biomedica Distributions, Inc.'s medical devices, equipment, and/or pharmaceutical products to doctors, nurses, hospitals, and clinics.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers. Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and objectives.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and training for clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities and analyze market trends to identify opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory updates.
  • Provide responsive after-sales service and resolve client concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional initiatives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards in sales practices.

Qualifications & Criteria:

  • A four-year degree is a must, with a strong preference for candidates with a Medical Technology background.
  • Previous experience in IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) sales is a significant advantage and will help you hit the ground running.
  • Proven integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Outstanding ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
