Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Medical Sales Representative to promote, market, and sell medical devices, laboratory equipment, and pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions.

The role involves achieving sales targets, building long-term client relationships, and delivering excellent product knowledge and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell medical devices, diagnostic equipment, and/or pharmaceutical products to doctors, nurses, hospitals, and clinics.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance objectives.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client training sessions.
  • Monitor competitor activities and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory updates.
  • Provide timely after-sales support and address client concerns efficiently.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support product launches and promotional activities.
  • Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (4-year course) — preferably in Medical Technology, Biology, Nursing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative.
  • Experience in In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) or medical device sales is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven integrity, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Willing to travel and manage multiple client accounts within assigned territory.
