About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Analyst. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines. Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Billing and Reporting: Prepare and send accurate invoices to trade and non-trade customers Follow up with customers on past-due accounts Ensure that cash receipts/collections are applied to the correct customer account Generate and analyze reports, such as AR aging and sales statistics report Process month‑end closing (MEC) activities Calculate and post revenue accrual entries Prepare royalty calculations and related reports to Tax Authorities Accounts reconciliation of Trade Receivables, Allowance for Doubtful Accounts and Miscellaneous AR accounts Ensure compliance with relevant SOX controls Special Projects or Ad Hoc Tasks: Support the stabilization of newly migrated processes Apply productivity tools and emerging technologies as opportunities arise (Data Modelling, Power Automate, Powerapps, RPA, Data Analytics, etc.); apply to all existing processes as applicable Continuously improve on all processes above Coordinate role within the team for IUAS‑wide projects, initiatives, or periodic routine tasks General Administrative Tasks: Ensure adherence to all safety and compliance requirements Set performance agreements and monitor results through Performance Management Process Take part in professional development activities by attending trainings and reading relevant materials Maintain updated process documentation Ensure all accounting records and supporting documents relating to the processes are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company's retention policy Attend relevant meetings About You We know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, and other Accounting related courses Good oral and written communication skills Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills Must have the propensity to work in a proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused environment Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds Preferred Qualifications Experience in S4 Hana is an advantage, but not required. Strong Accounts Payable background is preferred.
