We have an exciting opportunity for an **Accounts Receivable Analyst.** This role will be based in **6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.*** Supports the stabilization of newly migrated processes* Application of productivity tools and emerging technologies as opportunities arise (Data Modelling, Power Automate, Powerapps, RPA, Data Analytics, etc.); apply to all existing processes as applicable* Continuous improvement on all processes above* Coordination role within the team for IUAS-wide projects, initiatives, or periodic routine tasks* Ensures adherence to all safety and compliance requirements* Sets performance agreements and monitor results through Performance Management Process* Take part in professional development activities by attending trainings and reading relevant materials* Maintains updated process documentation* Ensures all accounting records and supporting documents relating to the processes are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company’s retention policy* Attends relevant meetings* Bachelor's degree in accounting, and other Accounting related courses* Good oral and written communication skills* Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills* Must have the propensity to work in a proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused environment* Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds* Experience in S4 Hana is an advantage, but not required.* Strong Accounts Payable background is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
