Overview

Are you a compassionate communicator who’s passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a Healthcare Account Representative who thrives in a people-first environment and is dedicated to supporting both members and providers with care and professionalism. In this role, you'll handle a variety of customer interactions, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and accurately. You'll document all transactions using the appropriate tools, ask the right questions to uncover needs, and follow established protocols to deliver a consistently high standard of service. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with team members, other departments, and clients to find the best possible solutions.

What you will do as a Healthcare Account Representative
  • Deliver exceptional customer care in alignment with ClearSource’s quality standards , ensuring a positive and consistent service experience.
  • Respond promptly to member and provider concerns , demonstrating empathy, urgency, and professionalism at all times.
  • Ask relevant and insightful questions to fully understand customer needs and deliver accurate, effective solutions.
  • Accurately document all transactions and interactions using approved systems and tools to maintain data integrity and support case resolution.
  • Adhere strictly to established processes, protocols, company policies, and team-specific house rules , ensuring compliance and operational consistency.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow CSRs, internal teams, and clients to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Complete all required compliance trainings on time to remain updated on regulations and maintain service standards.
  • Maintain schedule adherence by working all assigned shifts and following designated break and lunch times.
What We're Looking For
  • At least college-level education.
  • Minimum of 1 year in healthcare customer service within a call center environment.
  • Training will be onsite
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
