OverviewDigital Marketing Executive role focused on planning and executing multi-channel campaigns to drive lead generation, engagement, and client acquisition. The candidate will lead SEO, SEM, PPC, retargeting, and remarketing efforts, with a data-driven approach to optimize performance across channels.
Responsibilities- Lead Generation Strategy and Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email marketing, search engines, etc.) to meet monthly targets.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze landing pages, ad copy, and marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and drive client acquisition.
- Paid Advertising Performance: Manage and monitor paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to achieve defined CPL/ROAS within budget.
- Content Marketing ROI: Plan and execute content strategies to drive measurable traffic, engagement, and conversions, with target website visits and client inquiries.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on digital marketing KPIs, including website traffic, conversion rates, lead quality, and acquisition costs; derive actionable insights.
- Campaign Planning and Strategy: Develop new campaigns with objectives, target audiences, and budgets; monitor live campaigns and adjust as needed.
- Daily Activities: Collaborate to improve customer engagement across channels; deliver content/communications as required; implement, measure, and evaluate campaigns; use SEO/SEM/ PPC/ remarketing expertise to guide decisions.
- Audience Targeting and Campaign Delivery: Identify target audiences with ad-management tools and deliver paid campaigns efficiently to achieve objectives at reasonable costs.
- Reporting and Collaboration: Leverage analytics to inform decisions and share insights with the team; coordinate with internal stakeholders on campaigns.
- Other tasks as assigned by the immediate Manager to meet business needs.

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Sales and Marketing, Market Research, Brand Marketing, Campaign Performance Monitoring, Google Analytics, Digital Marketing, Performance Monitoring, Email Marketing, Amazon PPC Ads creation, and Semrush.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, monitor performance metrics, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to enhance brand presence.
- Working Conditions: Typical office environment, may include remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, creativity, attention to detail, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
