We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and help us promote our pool rental services to local customers. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our pool rental services to local customers
  • Conduct market research to identify target audience and their online behavior
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and search engines
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and high-quality content for digital channels
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for improvement
  • Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines
  • Utilize SEO techniques to improve website ranking and drive organic traffic
  • Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with sales goals
  • Track and report on key metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or rental industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and best practices
  • Experience with social media management, email marketing, and SEO
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of successfully executing digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus
