We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager with a strong background in iGaming marketing, Tech Company to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage key client relationships, oversee marketing campaign execution, and ensure the highest level of service delivery. Your knowledge of the iGaming and tech industries will be essential in driving campaign performance and helping clients meet their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned clients in the iGaming industry (casino, sportsbook, poker, etc.).
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams (creative, performance, CRM, product).
  • Understand client goals and develop integrated marketing strategies to meet KPIs (user acquisition, retention, revenue growth).
  • Coordinate and monitor digital marketing campaigns including affiliate, SEO, PPC, programmatic, and social media.
  • Provide performance analysis and regular reporting on campaigns, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure campaigns follow relevant regulations.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
  • Attend industry events, expos, and conferences as a company representative.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of account management or marketing experience in the iGaming industry (B2C or B2B).
  • Deep understanding of iGaming products, customer behavior, and regulatory environments.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com), and Excel.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on campaign analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Excellent English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
