If your goal is to grow and become the best version of yourself, this is the perfect opportunity for you Position Overview The Maintenance Coordinator is the face of maintenance inside of the market. This individual is responsible for all functions of maintenance regarding revenue, profitability, and ensuring the Maintenance Techs/vendors are staying busy with work. With all positions, you must “treat it like you own it” This person must move with urgency on a daily basis, be decisive and assertive, solve problems using data and factual information, and finally, have a knack for detailed, accurate work. A large responsibility for this position will be supporting all Maintenance Techs and communicating with our vendors. Your job is to provide oversight to the Maintenance Techs and to ensure they understand the full scope and the why behind their role. Key Responsibilities Ownership and leadership skills are necessary to follow through on all issues. Ability to hold the team accountable to KPIs and processes. Set vision/create opportunity for others in the department. Independent problem solver. Collaborates with Operations Team. Strong delegation ability. Willing to go above and beyond for the organization. Process internal/external bills. Tracking and projecting the Market's maintenance revenue/profit.
