About the role
Century Pacific Agricultural Ventures Inc. is seeking a diligent and experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team in General Santos City South Cotabato. As a full-time Maintenance Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities by developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance strategies.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance and uptime
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
- Analyze equipment performance data and maintenance records to identify and address issues proactively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and integration of maintenance activities
- Manage maintenance budgets and resources to optimize cost-effectiveness
- Implement and maintain a robust maintenance management system to track and report on key performance indicators
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and implement best practices in maintenance management
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in maintenance planning, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Solid understanding of maintenance procedures and asset management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
