Ready for the challenge? The Role We’re hiring an SEO Content Specialist who’s ready to make waves in the AI healthtech space. You’ll be focusing on content writing, optimising on-page content, and streamlining administrative tasks to drive rapid growth globally. Working closely with the GTM team, you’ll be part of our pioneering organic growth team and will have a great opportunity to build something 0 to 1. What you’ll do: Content creation: Write high-quality, search-optimised content including blog posts, landing pages, and guides designed specifically to improve organic and AI search visibility, user engagement, and sign-ups. Keyword research: Conduct thorough keyword, competitor, AIO, and SERP analyses to identify high-value search terms and content opportunities. Align keyword strategy closely with user intent to drive qualified website traffic. Content experimentation: Test new content strategies, formats, and topics to uncover untapped growth opportunities. Evaluate results to continuously improve content performance and organic reach. On-page optimisation: Improve content quality by optimising meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and body copy, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices to maximise visibility and click-through rates. AI automation: Leverage AI to implement solutions that streamline day-to-day task management, such as generating assets, coordinating translations, publishing workflows, and updating content masterlists, among others. What we will look for: Must have - excellent content writing ability, SEO copywriting experience, strong understanding of user intent Should have - proficient in CMS platforms, especially Sanity Nice-to-have: healthcare-related experience or medical background Analytical: experience with SEO tools and analytics, data-driven decision making Execution: self-starter with proven track record of shipping content that drives growth, comfortable with consistent hands-on execution Collaborative: work effectively with designers, developers, and other stakeholders Adaptability: up-to-date with AIO and SEO trends, industry best practices, and new techniques in AI and organic search growth Attitude is as important as experience, so if you are a hungry, competitive, and highly motivated operator who has a knack for content writing and driving growth, we want to hear from you.
