Job description

1. Content Creation:

  • Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for Vlogs, websites, social media, reels, and other digital platforms that is aligned with the Company's branding.

  • Develop engaging multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and interactive posts.

  • Ensure content adheres to SEO best practices for improved visibility and search rankings.

2. Content Management:

  • Manage content calendars, ensuring timely publication and distribution of content across all platforms.

  • Update and optimize existing content for relevancy, accuracy, and SEO performance.

  • Monitor and report on content performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement.

3. Collaboration:

  • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video producers, and web developers to create and implement multimedia content.

  • Assist with content needs for campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.

4. Research and Trend Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive strategies.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging platforms, and content marketing techniques.

5. Content Optimization:

  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other content performance software to measure and improve content effectiveness.

  • Continuously optimize content for engagement, conversions, and user experience.

6. Brand Voice and Consistency:

  • Maintain and uphold a consistent brand voice across all platforms and content types.

  • Ensure that all content aligns with the company's tone, style, and values.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Education:

  2. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.

  3. Experience:

  4. 1-2 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or communications roles.

  5. Proven track record of managing successful content marketing campaigns.

  6. Experience with SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.

  7. Skills:

  8. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.

  9. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal.

  10. Basic knowledge of HTML and experience with SEO tools like SEMrush or

Google Analytics.

  • Ability to create multimedia content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Premiere, etc.) or Canva.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Adaptability to changing trends and project needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with video production, podcasting, or other multimedia platforms.
