Develop and execute events, in-store promotions, partnerships with other brands and companies, and other on ground marketing activities Coordinate with different departments for marketing requests, store promotions, and other marketing-related needs. Prepare marketing reports and performance analyses to measure the success of campaigns. Work with the Creatives Team on developing digital content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, to align with the brand’s voice. Oversee marketing materials, promotions, and event planning to ensure brand consistency. Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Maintain an organized marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of all planned activities. Qualifications At least 2-3 years in marketing, preferably with experience in the food industry, advertising agency, retail, or in any fast-paced environment. With a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or an equivalent degree. Proficient in social media management, content creation, marketing plans and proposals, and trendspotting. Can think outside the box and develop fresh, engaging campaigns. Confident in speaking with partners, suppliers, influencers, and stakeholders. Able to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Capable of preparing reports and evaluating campaign effectiveness. Interested candidates must be willing to work on-site in BGC.
