We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Travel and Tour Reservation-Marketing Officer to join our team. This role will be responsible for handling travel bookings, reservations, and promoting our tour packages to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of marketing strategies within the travel industry. Key Responsibilities Reservation & Customer Service : Manage and process travel and tour bookings, ensuring customer satisfaction and attention to detail. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, offering travel advice, and assisting with any post-booking requirements. Coordinate travel logistics, including accommodation, transportation, and tour packages. Maintain accurate records of reservations and client preferences. Marketing & Promotion : Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote tours, packages, and travel services through various channels (social media, email marketing, website content, etc.). Create engaging promotional content for marketing materials, social media posts, and newsletters. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings in the travel industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, partners, and suppliers to boost sales and marketing efforts. Sales & Performance Tracking : Meet and exceed sales targets for travel bookings and tour packages. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results. Track reservations, sales conversions, and customer feedback to improve offerings. Administrative Support : Keep up to date with industry developments, travel restrictions, and destination information. Assist with general administrative duties related to reservations and marketing, including invoicing and payments. Ensure that all promotional materials, booking confirmations, and customer communications are accurate and timely. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in travel reservations, tour sales, or related customer service roles. Knowledge of travel booking systems and platforms. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including social media and email campaigns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Passion for travel and exploration. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills Experience with tour packaging and destination management. Familiarity with SEO, content creation, and website management.
