The core part of their job is all about coordinating the team, delegating tasks and managing junior personnel. Team leaders oversee projects and supervise the day-to-day operations of their team, making sure everyone is pulling their weight; distributing the workload evenly and that motivation and performance level are maintained.

Responsibilities
  1. Supervise Cashier, Inventory Clerk, Branch Helper, Delivery Driver, and Delivery Helper
  2. Provide Team Leadership and Coaching
    • Provide guidance to the team based on management direction
    • Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives
    • Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques, tools & forms to support task performance
  3. Communicate team status, task accomplishment, and direction
    • Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they providing are being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed.
    • Initiate sub-group meeting as appropriate to resolve issues and perform tasks in parallel
    • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
    • Escalate issues to Management which cannot be resolved by the team
    • Serve as a focal point of the Management to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with the Team.
