The PM Operation will provide administrative and project support to the Property Management team. The role involves assisting in building maintenance projects, preparing permits and reports, coordinating with unit owners and developers, and ensuring accurate documentation and communication across all managed properties. Assist in overseeing assigned projects related to building maintenance and improvements. Assist in estimating materials, equipment, and incidentals needed for the project, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality standards. Prepare necessary building documents and permits. Ensure accuracy in the documentation of actual work completed. Maintain and manage workers schedules and progress reports. Keep updated records and information of all unit owners, tenants, and other persons related to each unit. Ensure all property assets are accounted for properly. Handle monthly monitoring and processing of utility payments (e.g., electricity, water, internet) for all managed units. Maintain constant communication with developers, unit owners, and property managers regarding status of Condo Unit Titles (CCT), pending payments, monthly dues, penalty taxes, etc. Update records of move-ins and unit turnovers as they occur. Handle the pick-up of Condo Unit Titles (CCT) for each managed property. Address owner concerns regarding payouts, changes, and additional repairs to their units. Must be a graduate of any four‑year college course, preferably in Business Administration, Office Administration, or other related fields. Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Experience in property management is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office and formal email writing. Organized, detail‑oriented, and professional.
