What we’re looking for: We're seeking a Marketplace Associate to manage e-commerce marketplace operations through product image editing, catalog creation, assortment uploads, and quality control across multiple platforms. This role combines creative design skills with data management expertise to ensure consistent brand presence and accurate product representation across all digital channels. Responsibilities—what you'll do: Create and edit product images for various platforms while maintaining consistent brand standards and aesthetics Edit lifestyle images to align with company aesthetics and marketing needs Design and develop seasonal catalogs (Spring and Fall) incorporating updated product offerings and visuals Collaborate with the team to incorporate necessary changes before finalization Upload product assortments to Mirakl marketplace Troubleshoot submission errors and ensure timely listing of assortments Conduct regular audits of live marketplace listings to verify product details, pricing accuracy, and brand consistency Monitor assortment performance and troubleshoot issues Maintain consistency in branding and pricing across platforms Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve efficiency Communicate and collaborate with external partners Organize and manage image files and folder structures Potentially manage website operations and related tasks as part of team restructuring Requirements: Strong creative and data management skills Experience with Shopify platform Proficiency with Mirakl marketplace platform Experience with image editing tools (Canva experience preferred) Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations Understanding of brand consistency and visual aesthetics This position is for serious, career-oriented candidates What we offer: Best salaries in the industry Permanent ability to work from anywhere in the world Opportunities for growth and advancement A fast-paced and collaborative environment Warm and friendly company culture Full benefits Benefits at Persona: Health insurance Unlimited paid time off (paid sick and vacation leaves) Annual bonuses based on performanceMonthly tech allowance Opportunity to be paid in your currency of choice This is a full-time and long-term role, dedicated exclusively to serving one of our clients.
